We hope that you all had a lovely start to 2022! As we look ahead to the gorgeous weather and summer holidays, we wanted to keep you up to date with everything happening at Finlake Resort & Spa.
We are currently working to improve the family trail that currently exists within the woodland area of the park and are aiming to make it inclusive and enjoyable for all!
We are adding additional colour around the park, particularly the flower beds situated on the hill at the back of The Fairways, the wildflower area at the top of The Fairways, entrance to The Fairways, entrance to Templar Rise, around Woodland View, outside Sirona Spa and the showground at the rear of Reception. We are also adding hardy flowers to the top of the driveway on the triangle area where we currently have silver birch trees and foliage bushes only. We are looking to use hardy flowers such as: heathers, primrose, hyacinth and grape hyacinth to be used for colour and to attract pollinators. Later on in the year we have requested around 500 bulbs to be purchased (tulips/daffodils) with the correct compost so that extra colour can be obtained on the drive and around the park.

The New Forest View development is now all but completed – do contact Andy or Rachael in the owner’s office if you would like to have a nosey around the collection of brand new 3 and 4 bedroom lodges – 9 of them are already sold however we do still have 11 left – if you have a family member or friend that might be interested in discovering more about how ownership might work for themselves and their family do pass on their details to Richard at richard.mellor@haulfryn.co.uk.
We are very excited to announce that our Sublet Department is expanding into ‘Owner Services’. Our experienced team made up of Chris, Debbie, Tracie and Anna, supervised by Priti will provide support, help, and advice to all owners, not just those on our 5-star sublet scheme.
What can we help with?
We can help with all owner-related questions from simple information to account queries, help with maintenance issues to help with owner bands. Whatever your need we can help or point you in the right direction.
Can we help with warranty issues?
The sales office will be your point of contact for all things warranty-related. If you bought a brand-new holiday home, it is covered with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and 3 months warranty if you bought a pre-loved holiday home.
If it’s not warranty-related owner Services will be happy to help and assist.

Please ensure that you are using the correct bins in the bin areas for waste and recycling. Please do not to dump waste on the floor in the bin bay as this encourages rodents. Due to health and safety reasons, owners are not permitted within the maintenance or housekeeping areas.

Feeding Birds
As we are now on top of the rodents on the park, we do not want to encourage rodents with bird feeders as these drop seed to the floor. Woodland walk paths will be resurfaced once things dry up. so, there will be some noise with machines for those that have homes Lakeside and Foxes Walk area.
