Our commitments to our parks visitors and what we are asking of them

We are delighted to be open and warmly welcome all our customers back to the park

We kindly request any persons on park to read our charter and adhere to the below. These measures are in place to protect you, your family, our team and the local community.

Our commitment to you
We will continue to:
  • Have a trained and aware team
  • Wear a face covering in all public settings
  • Have an enhanced cleaning regime
  • Provide alcohol hand gel at the entrance to all amenities and facilities
  • Have perspex barriers at service areas
  • Have team temperature checked prior to shift starting
  • Offer regular workplace lateral flow testing
Keeping everyone safe
We ask you to please:
  • Wear a face mask in all indoor public settings
  • Use the hand gel and antibacterial sprays provided
  • Adhere to social distancing where possible
  • Respect our teams and fellow customers
  • If you feel unwell and begin to display any of the symptoms associated with COVID-19, please return home immediately and notify us
  • On our Welsh parks, please continue to respect social distancing and follow floor markings where appropriate.
