Holidaymaker 3 & 4 night stay offer
  1. Saving based upon 3 and 4 night breaks taken between 22 April 2022 and the 16 May 2022. Price adjustment will be automatically applied at the time of booking, subject to availability.
  2. The nights stayed must be consecutive and be on one park.
  3. Applicable to new bookings only on selected Haulfryn Parks as stated below.
  4. Bookings must be made through our booking partner Hoseasons either directly with them or through haulfrynholidays.co.uk
  5. The saving represents accommodation only, no alternative saving will be offered as a substitution.
  6. Bookings must be completed before 13 May 2022.
  7. Haulfryn Group Limited reserve the right to remove this offer without notice.

£12,000 Leisure Package Promotion - Forest View Properties

  1. The Promotion is the addition of a predefined Leisure Package to the specification of a new Holiday Home purchase.
  2. The Promotion is available to any Participant who purchases a holiday home on the Forest View development at Finlake Resort & Spa Park.
  3. The Promotion is available for holiday home purchases completed before the Deadline of December 31st 2021 at 23.59.
  4. One Leisure Package is available per new Forest View holiday home purchased.
  5. The estimated value of the Leisure Package is £12,000 based on the cost of the items offered at recommended retail prices as at 5th August 2021.
  6. The Leisure Package includes one hot tub, one Smart TV’ for the lounge and an additional Smart TV for each bedroom (dimensions appropriate for the room size based on manufacturer’s specifications). An inventory pack, which includes one duvet per bed and appropriate pots, pans, cutlery, and crockery based on the volume of items needed per person recommended by Haulfryn Group Ltd. The brands, models, and designs of the Leisure Package and inventory pack items are non-negotiable.
  7. The Promotion is not open to employees or agencies of Haulfryn Group Ltd, their family members or anyone else connected to the Company.
  8. By accepting the Promotional Leisure Package, Participants agree to the terms and conditions of the Promotion, the terms of the Haulfryn Group Ltd Privacy Notice and being contacted by Haulfryn Group Ltd for marketing purposes.
  9. Haulfryn Group Ltd accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, or injury incurred or suffered by you as a result of accepting the Promotional Leisure Package or delays in the holiday home purchase that might exceed the Deadline howsoever caused.
  10. Haulfryn Group Ltd reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently delete the  Promotion with or without prior notice.
  11. The Promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other items. The Promotion cannot be applied to a plot and or holiday home purchased on any other area of the Park or on any other Park.
  12. Haulfryn Group Ltd reserves the right to substitute the Promotional Package for an offer of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
  13. The Promotion is governed by English law.
