They tell us about their park exchange experience from initial enquiry through to sale:

"We sublet our accommodation from purchase to June 2024, when we were offered a part exchange upgrade to accommodation on a different part of the park: The Meadows.

In June 2024, we were introduced by the management to the sales team. Immediately, the sales team made my wife and myself feel at ease and important potential customers to their business.

We received full details on a recently vacated Hemsley lodge chalet styled property situated overlooking the Christmas Tree farms & Blagdon Valley

The salesperson was professional at all times, took time and care to ensure we received accurate and detailed requirements of our potential new chalet and worked out the costs involved in a part exchange deal. We also had 2-night stay in the accommodation...no charge, to see if it was to our requirements.

As we reside over 100 miles from Devon Hills, we were provided with full printed details of the potential purchase with easy to understand finance figures, which we then took to our home address to examine thoroughly and seek advice if required from independent financial advisors.

A holding returnable deposit was lodged with the sales team who did not cause any fuss or demands regarding the time limits we requested to think and sort matters through.

We returned to the park on two occasions in July where we again visited the accommodation and met with the sales team to sort final details as we had agreed that a part exchange upgrade was what we were looking for.

The purchase was agreed early in August, and all matters were then sorted and a contract was agreed and signed by parties involved sale/ purchase.

A mention should be made of the immense input into the purchase of our now new accommodation by the senior house staff....no doubt aný items required were delivered promptly and old items removed.

I cannot thank the management team, sales team and house staff enough (plus the maintenance men/ ladies) who popped in & out over the transfer to fit or sort items of our choice and requirement.
