Rental Advance Agreement

Taking advantage of our three year Rental Advance Agreement, means your holiday home will become part of our managed sublet service, where we let your holiday caravan or lodge out to other holidaymakers.

Our team will take care of everything for you, so you just get to enjoy your holiday home for 28 fabulous days of the year. When you’re not using it, we rent it out and look after the whole process from marketing, to guest bookings, cleaning and any general maintenance.

We’ve found some owners use this agreement to purchase a second holiday home.

Is it available at all parks?

Our three year Rental Advance Agreement, where 30% cashback is applied to the purchase price, is available on select holiday homes at these holiday parks:

Rental Advance Agreement - benefits to you
