What is Rental Advance Agreement?

In simple terms, it’s a way to own a holiday home now, while we rent it out for you when you’re not using it and our team takes care of everything for you.

  • You enjoy 28 days a year to holiday in your own holiday home
  • We take care of everything else - holiday rentals, guests, cleaning and general maintenance
  • You receive 30% of the purchase price in cashback upfront
  • And for three years, many running costs are covered

It’s effortless holiday home ownership so all you have to do is enjoy your time with us. We’ve also noticed that some of our current owners use this as a way to buy a second holiday home with us too.

What buyers always ask us

Is the 30% cashback guaranteed?

Yes, the cashback is guaranteed and is applied instantly when you enter the three-year Rental Advance Agreement. This is regardless of the occupancy of your holiday home over the three years we rent it out under the agreement.

Do I really not pay site fees and utility bills?

Yes, that's right. Site fees, utility bills, cleaning and general maintenance are all covered for the three-year agreement period. Please ask our ownership team to talk you through the fulls T&Cs. 

Can I choose my 28 days of use?

Yes you can. There are some restrictions on peak and high-demand times of year but we'll clearly explain this and how you book your dates so there are no surprises for you.

Can friends and family use my holiday home

Your 28 days of use can be enjoyed by you or shared with your friends and family if you wish,

Can I use finance with the Rental Advance Agreement

Yes, and because the cashback applies instantly, many buyers end up borrowing less, which may reduce your monthly payments.

Is it available on every holiday home?

It's available at all seven of our holiday parks in Cornwall, Cheshire, Devon and Wiltshire and on most preloved and new holiday homes - if you are interested in a particular holiday home, please chat to our ownership at that park and they'll go though it all with you.
