Own a holiday home

A holiday home gives you somewhere that's yours to return to. Somewhere for long weekends, mini breaks, extended stays with family or friends and time away when you need it. And when you're not using it, you can let it to holidaymakers.

With our Guaranteed Letting Agreement (GLA)*, you can receive one year's guaranteed rental income upfront when you buy an eligible holiday home at selected Haulfryn parks. It gives you the opportunity to enjoy your own holiday home while having the first year's rental income taken care of from the outset.

This is offered at our parks in Devon, Cornwall, Cheshire and Wiltshire. Holiday homes start from £21,995!

Relax! It's straightforward

How it works

Once you've chosen the Haulfryn park you'd love to own at: 

  1. Choose your holiday home
    Fall in love with a new or preowned holiday home that's right for you at one of our participating Haulfryn parks offering the Guaranteed Letting Agreement.
  2. Enter into the agreement
    We'll agree the guaranteed rental amount with you as part of the purchase process. It is based on the holiday home you've chosen, park, how many dates you want to use for it within the year, and how many breaks we can rent it out.
  3. Receive your rental income upfront
    You can choose whether your guaranteed first-year rental income payment is put towards the cost of your holiday home purchase or whether it's retained on account and used towards your running costs - the choice is yours and will depend on your personal circumstances. If using finance, you may want to put it towards the purchase price if it allows you to reduce the finance.
  4. Enjoy your holiday home
    Use your holiday home during the periods available to you under the agreement, while we take care of letting it when you're not using it via our managed sublet scheme.

Once you purchase your holiday home, on the dates you're not using it, it becomes part of our managed sublet service, where we let your caravan or lodge out to other holidaymakers. Our team takes care of all the practicalities for you, from marketing to guest bookings, cleaning and any general maintenance.

Our Guaranteed Letting Agreement gives you a straightforward way to combine your personal use with holiday letting, without having to find your own guests or manage bookings yourself. It's also flexible and personalised to you as you tell us upfront the dates for the year you'll be using it as part of the agreement. And then you get to come and enjoy your time in your place with family and friends hassle free.

  • Your private use bookings must be declared on the Guaranteed Letting owner dates form and attached to this agreement before the start of the agreement.
  • Your private use bookings must follow the set check in and check out days set out in the Guaranteed Letting owner dates form.
  • The guaranteed rental income figure is calculated on your holiday home model, park and also the number of days you’ve chosen to let it out for.
  • GLA is open to existing owners looking to upgrade or purchase another holiday home as well as new customers looking to purchase.
  • The one year is from the data of the GLA.
  • You may be paid in advance to assist with a holiday home purchase, or the guaranteed amount can be retained as credit against future invoices on your account.
  • The guaranteed rental income amount is only available as a credit and is not and is not transferrable or redeemable in cash.
