Delamere Lake Holiday & Sailing Park is all about peace, quiet, and natural beauty. With no frills and no fuss, just the great outdoors at its best, it’s the place to unwind. Make the most of our lake, enjoy woodland walks, relax in the picnic area, or feel the sand between your toes at our little beach spot. It’s all about soaking up the tranquil setting and reconnecting with nature. Simple pleasures.
If a chill day is your scene, simply set sail on a boat or a paddleboard and quietly glide across the stunning scenery revelling in the tranquil beauty of our lake. We wouldn’t blame you if you just wanted to kick back with a morning meander around the park. And perhaps the lake beach will provide the setting for a picnic and the chance to finish your latest read. Our lush landscapes are a tail-wagging wonderland for furry paws to explore, with dogs always welcome to join in the fun.
Ready for a day filled with giggles and thrills? At Delamere Lake Sailing and Holiday Park you can sample adventurous activities in Mother Nature’s playground, with a trip to Wild Shore, our neighbours. Make a splash at our on-site activity centre offering all manner of lake based activities. Can you conquer the aqua park’s ropes course or bounce your way through a ninja warrior style inflatable course? Craving a rush? Then strap on a wakeboard and get ready to fly off our ramps!
Fancy a dip in our lake? Open water swimming at Delamere is safe for competent swimmers. Or pop next door to Wild Shore, where there's an area for open water swimming and wet suits can be hired.
Bring your kayak with you and spend a morning or afternoon on the lake paddling, soaking in the peace and quiet it brings.
Love paddleboarding? Bring yours with you and enjoy gliding over our lake at sunrise or sunset. Don't have a board? No worries, you can hire one from Wild Shore next door.
