Being part of our friendly team

We believe in investing in people – whether you’re joining us for a summer season as a student or building a long-term career in one of our stunning locations, you’ll gain valuable experience, enjoy a supportive environment, and earn a competitive salary.

Our residential parks are run by small, close-knit teams who excel at building relationships with owners and residents. From home sales to grounds maintenance, these are rewarding roles full of variety.

Our Support Office in Maidenhead is home to our finance, IT, procurement, HR, admin, and marketing teams – all working together to support our parks and help them deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Across our holiday parks, Park Assistants and on-site teams play a vital role in ensuring every visitor and owner receives the warm welcome and excellent service Haulfryn is known for.

You’ll find us in some of the UK’s most picturesque locations – from the exclusive Warren in Abersoch, to the lively family resort Praa Sands in Cornwall, and the tranquil woodland setting of Holmans Wood in Devon. Some roles may even offer the option of temporary or permanent accommodation – so you might just find yourself living the dream in a beautiful part of the country.

Whatever your ambitions, we’d love to welcome you to the Haulfryn family.

A day in the life at Haulfryn

We make sure you get regular time with your line manager, constructive feedback, and the support you need to grow in your role. From coaching sessions to business updates and staff forums, you’ll be empowered to understand our goals, contribute ideas, and feel confident in what you do.
