Trade your work shoes for golf shoes with a stunning sea view at every swing of our 9 hole golf course. If the rain clouds start gathering, head to the indoor pool for an unhurried swim, add a session in the steam room and a rejuvenating soak in the jacuzzi for an extra dollop of relaxation.
Love golfing? Come and enjoy a round at Praa Sands golf course - one of Cornwall’s most picturesque courses open as a pay and play. It is a challenging Par 62 for men and Par 64 for ladies, with each of the 9 tees offering sea views.
Step into calm at our indoor heated pool. Glide through the water at your own pace, then turn up the heat in the steam room and melt your cares away in the spa pool. It’s a great way to add a little luxury to your morning routine or to spend a few hours on a cosy, cloud-covered day.
Want to keep your fitness routine going while you're away? No problem! Our gym is a great place to work up a sweat and feel fab. Hit the treadmill, bike, or cross-trainers, pump some iron with the free weights, or stretch it out on the yoga mats. Feeling social? Join a yoga class or dive into aqua aerobics (outside school holidays only).

Ever dreamed of gliding through the water like a spy on a mission? Now you can! Hop on one of our super-cool, super-silent sea scooters and zip beneath the surface like a pro. Learn to dive, twist, and even pull off underwater corkscrews - all with expert guidance from our instructors.
A swim test will be conducted before this session, you must be able to swim two widths of the pool.
