Full-time residency is not permitted, so you will need to provide proof of your main residential address before your purchase is completed. The resort boasts The Warren Spa, gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beachfront dining, leisure cafe, a clubhouse, padel courts, tennis courts, activities programme, and so much more. All available for owners to access. If you own a boat or jet ski, there is boat storage and launching available for you to get out on the water easily. And if you need to log on and do a bit of work, there is also an adult-only works lounge for you to use. Spend days on resort, or out and about on the North Wales coast or countryside.

No. The Warren Resort & Spa is an owner-only resort, which means you have to own a holiday lodge here or be a family member or friends of an owner to have access to the resort and its facilities.

The Warren has a range of mainly three-bedroom holiday homes and luxury lodges, and there are often both new and preloved properties for sale. Depending on availability, you may occasionally find two-bedroom or four-bedroom lodges. Our lodges have large decking, with resort, countryside or sea views.

The Warren holiday homes and luxury lodges come fully furnished and double glazed for warmth and comfort. They also include gas central heating, allocated parking, individual Wi-Fi connection and service, decking and new holiday homes and lodges come with a manufacturer’s guarantee.

It’s our promise to give you peace of mind when purchasing a holiday home with us - when you purchase your holiday home, you get one month to fully settle in and experience the lifestyle.
