What's Rental Advance Agreement?

Taking advantage of our three year Rental Advance Agreement, means your holiday home will become part of our managed sublet service, where we let your holiday caravan or lodge out to other holidaymakers.

Our team will take care of everything for you, so you just get to enjoy your holiday home for 28 fabulous days of the year. When you’re not using it, we rent it out and look after the whole process from marketing, to guest bookings, cleaning and any general maintenance.

We’ve found some owners use this agreement to purchase a second holiday home.

Our three year Rental Advance Agreement, where 30% cashback is applied to the purchase price, is available on select holiday homes at these holiday parks:

Benefits to you
  • The 30% cashback is guaranteed and instantly paid at the start of the agreement.
  • If you are using finance to pay for your holiday home, you will borrow a smaller amount. Your monthly payments therefore may be more affordable.
  • Regardless of whether we will rent out your holiday home for the full allocation, you still receive the instant cashback at the time of purchasing.
  • After the three years, you will have the option to move into our managed sublet scheme too, which offers a variable monetary return.
  • Many annual holiday home ownership costs will be covered including site fees, utility bills and cleaning costs, which can be a big saving to you.

What’s the small print?

With our three year Rental Advance Agreement, you can enjoy your holiday home for up to 28 days each year, plenty of time to make unforgettable holiday moments with family and friends. There are a few restrictions on when these days can be taken throughout the year, but we’ll go through all the details with you during your park tour or in a friendly chat over the phone.
