We’d like to make you aware of our standard terms and conditions for all our ticketed or wristband events:

  • Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer
  • No redeemable cash value
  • Non-refundable/transferable*
  • Non-creditable
  • We are unable to replace lost or damaged tickets/wristbands
  • Tickets/wristbands must be presented on request to enter venues
  • Providing your own alcohol is not permitted unless stated otherwise
  • Ticket/wristband prices are as advertised, no discounts unless otherwise stated.

Introduction to New Team
New Team Members

In keeping with our drive to heavily invest in our on-site team, and ensuring we give you, the home owners, top-class service, here is an introduction to some new members of the Leadership Team.

Iain Black has recently relocated from Manchester. As Head of Commercial, he comes with over 22 years of experience within the leisure sector, with great insights into both customer service and user experience. His role focuses mainly on pitch developments, bringing and building exclusive partnerships to benefit you, as owners, both within and outside the park, and to also create, develop and provide better spaces and offerings for you to enjoy.

Claire Reece-Poole joins us as HR Manager at The Warren. She comes from an HR and recruitment background. Originally based in West Midlands, she moved to Wales 8 years ago. She previously ran her own recruitment company, but when the opportunity arose to join the team at The Warren, she jumped in with both feet! She loves spending time with her two elderly dogs, and her husband and daughter, and is excited about all the positive changes being made at The Warren. And being in HR she understands how invested we are in our team.

Beth Bentley has joined us from a research and advisory role within Natural Resources Wales, and prior to that she worked as a Police Officer in both Cheshire and North Wales. She has serviced a wide range of communities, from busy urban areas in Cheshire to the quiet villages of south Gwynedd. She hopes to help grow a sense of community at The Warren, using tools and skills from her neighbourhood policing experience. She aims to promote engagement between owners and the security team, working together to identify and prioritize shared concerns, and then delivering a security set up that enhances your experience on site.

We will continue to introduce our new Team to you in the coming months.

Security reminders

Thinking of a spring clean ready for the coming months, how about giving your security a refresh too?

When was the last time you reviewed your guest passes, or what vehicles are still on your MyHaulfryn?  Did you ever get that key back from the lady who watered your plants for you that time?

These things often get put off or forgotten but it’s a really good idea to just take an hour or so, once or twice a year, to review how secure your home is.  Below are some suggestions to get you started.


  • If you have a key safe, is it still fit for purpose?  The sea air and Welsh weather can mean things like key safes have a shorter life span than you might think.  Give it a physical check, replace it if necessary and change the code often, every month ideally.
  • Have a key count, make sure you know where they all are and don’t have your chalet number on them.  Try to have a unique key ring so you can identify it if it gets handed in to reception.
  • Check your shed, make sure you know what’s in it, don’t leave anything too valuable in there long term and check the locks regularly.
  • Log on to MyHaulfryn and go through your car registrations, clear any you no longer need or any you don’t recognise.
  • Pop in and meet your security team, they’ll have been past your chalet countless times and are here 24hrs a day, every day of the year.

The Warren Rules

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all owners and guest son the resort, please check out our safety regulations:

  • Observe the 10mph speed limit on all roads through the resort
  • Use the safe pedestrian crossing areas to cross the roads
  • Do not allow your child to sit on your lap whilst driving through the resort
  • Leave your car at your chalet if you are planning to drink alcohol. Drinking and driving is not permitted anywhere in the resort in vehicles or watercraft
  • Electric scooters and hoverboards are not permitted in any area on the resort
  • Always keep your dog on a lead and under control when walking through the resort and within the launching area on the beach
  • Clear up after the dog using the bins provided throughout the resort. Dog poop bags are available in reception, if needed
  • Park your vehicles in designated parking spaces only outside your chalet
  • Tractors must be insured and returned to your chalet after launching, along with your trailer
  • Beach buggies must be insured and only driven by persons holding a full drivers license
  • Do not leave trailer, tractors, or any watercraft in the main carpark
  • Dispose of your rubbish in the appropriate bins, including recycling
  • Disposable BBQs must not be put in the bins due to the risk of fire
  • Observe our beach safety information at the entrance to the beach
  • Use the safe walkway beside the beach barrier to avoid injury
  • Underage drinking is illegal and will be reported to the police by our security team
