In keeping with our drive to heavily invest in our on-site team, and ensuring we give you, the home owners, top-class service, here is an introduction to some new members of the Leadership Team.
Iain Black has recently relocated from Manchester. As Head of Commercial, he comes with over 22 years of experience within the leisure sector, with great insights into both customer service and user experience. His role focuses mainly on pitch developments, bringing and building exclusive partnerships to benefit you, as owners, both within and outside the park, and to also create, develop and provide better spaces and offerings for you to enjoy.
Claire Reece-Poole joins us as HR Manager at The Warren. She comes from an HR and recruitment background. Originally based in West Midlands, she moved to Wales 8 years ago. She previously ran her own recruitment company, but when the opportunity arose to join the team at The Warren, she jumped in with both feet! She loves spending time with her two elderly dogs, and her husband and daughter, and is excited about all the positive changes being made at The Warren. And being in HR she understands how invested we are in our team.
Beth Bentley has joined us from a research and advisory role within Natural Resources Wales, and prior to that she worked as a Police Officer in both Cheshire and North Wales. She has serviced a wide range of communities, from busy urban areas in Cheshire to the quiet villages of south Gwynedd. She hopes to help grow a sense of community at The Warren, using tools and skills from her neighbourhood policing experience. She aims to promote engagement between owners and the security team, working together to identify and prioritize shared concerns, and then delivering a security set up that enhances your experience on site.
We will continue to introduce our new Team to you in the coming months.
