We are so excited to introduce our fantastic new spaces in the Warren Leisure Club, most of which will begin to open from Saturday 16th July. Here’s what you can look forward to this summer and beyond…
Alongside the launch of the fantastic new facilities, we are also introducing an improved booking system to make it easier than ever to book and manage your reservations. Please look out for an email coming soon that explains all about using the new system, Trybe.

To help improve security across the park we promised you new access cards. These cards will enable exclusive access the Club and Leisure and will be a method by which we can validate visitors to those areas to make sure they are entitled to be enjoying them.
These passes are almost ready to be shared via a special desk in reception, so again, please look out for an email giving you full details very soon. Once you have your cards, please don’t share them with those not named on each one, otherwise our aim to help retain exclusivity will not be achievable.
We can’t wait to welcome you to our Leisure launch event and pool party, this Thursday 14th July, where you will have a chance to look around all the new spaces, try some tasters from our new menu and enjoy cocktails and entertainment. Swimwear optional!

We’ve got a fun filled program of summer events for your calendar from chilled Sunday sessions at the pool bar, acoustic acts at the Sandbar, family quiz nights in the Club, explorer dome and so much more.
There’s something for everyone in our summer activities program including Les Mills virtual classes for all ages, kids’ activities, tennis and football camps and loads more! We are very much looking forward to sharing more details with you soon!
Our experienced therapists are here to take care of you in the spa this summer, whether it’s a facial, massage, manicure or pedicure, you can simply relax in the spa experience, we look forward to seeing you soon.

Former experience: 20 years in an admin capacity, 5 of those with Haulfryn from Guest Relations Advisor to now Guest Experience Manager
What do like to do in your spare time? Spend time with the family, cook and eat good food
Favourite Food? I’m a bit like Garfield….love a good lasagne!
Favourite TV show? Vikings
If you could invite 3 people (past or present) to a dinner party who would they be? Sigmund Freud, Johnny Depp and my mum, just for the laughs!
If you didn’t work for Haulfryn what would be your ideal job? Either armed response or a private investigator… I can find information anywhere!
We are proud to introduce Matt as Executive Chef here at The Warren.
Formerly Head Chef at Freemasons in Lancashire, Matt joins us with a wealth of experience and will be focussing on developing our menus to give you the very best quality in our restaurants & bars on the resort. He’ll be working closely with our Head Chef and the team. We managed to grab 5 minutes with Matt to find out a bit more about him…
Former experience: Cooking for 21 years now. Most of my experience is at 3 rosette/1 Michelin star establishments all around the country and abroad
What do like to do in your spare time? I like to walk with my two doggies, so I can justify eating as much as I do!
Favourite Food? Constantly changing, but at the moment probably Spanish food. I’ve had great meals this year at Sabor, Baratxturi, Barrafina and Elgato Negro
Favourite TV show? Of all time without question The Sopranos…. but Stranger Things has been off the scale good
If you could invite 3 people (past or present) to a dinner party who would they be? Sir Lewis, Barak, Trevor Noah
If you didn’t work for Haulfryn what would be your ideal job? The aim is to have a shack on a beach in Brazil, cooking whatever comes off the boat that day
Louisa will be looking after our Communication and Events here at The Warren, keeping you informed on all the important and fun stuff as well as keeping you entertained with a fantastic events program. Do say hi if you see her around the resort. We asked Louisa to tell us a few snippets about herself…
Former experience: Private nanny, summer and winter seasons on the bar, then sales for Mark Warner, New Business & Marketing at some of London’s top ad agencies. I joined Haulfryn at The Warren almost 8 years ago as receptionist then Owner Relations Manager. I’ve recently returned from a few years at Finlake Resort & Spa in Devon
What do like to do in your spare time? I love a good run on the beach. I’ve just entered the Abersoch half marathon in October
Favourite Food? I love seafood – the scallops and blackened cod at The Sandbar are a current favourite for a treat!
Favourite TV show? I’m obsessed with Kirstie and Phil’s Location, location, location and any other reality TV show
If you could invite 3 people (past or present) to a dinner party who would they be? Dame Joan Collins for a good story, Alan Carr for humour and Coldplay’s Chris Martin for the music (could I sneak the rest of the band in too?)
If you didn’t work for Haulfryn what would be your ideal job? I really love what I do, but if I wasn’t doing this job, I’d love to work in a fast-paced, creative environment, like, TV or radio production
