NEW Owner Access Cards
DO YOU WANT TO RAISE ANYTHING ON THESE?

We hope you are enjoying using your new annual owner access card, which we have introduced to ensure the exclusivity of owners.

If you haven’t already, please do collect your access cards from the main reception at The Warren. We will require your full name, chalet pitch number, as well as a form of ID to be able to issue your cards, we’ll also note on your account when cards have been collected.  You may also collect cards for other pass holders within the same chalet by providing their full names.

Here are just some of the benefits to your new annual owner access card:

  • Proof of ownership when accessing any area of the park
  • Exclusive owner discount at the Warren Club
  • Exclusive owner discount at the Sandbar
  • Access to the leisure facilities

If you are unable to present your card when requested, you may be refused service. Please note that in addition to visual checks, random identity checks will be conducted to verify your pass status.

Please do not loan your card to other owners or guests. Providing a card that does not belong to you may lead to refusal of service and potential exclusion from facilities at The Warren.

Works Lounge – Opening soon
ANYTHING ON THE WORKS LOUNGE YOU WANT TO TALK ABOUT?

We are excited to reveal our Works Lounge in leisure. Available for adults only 18+, this is the perfect space to get a bit of work done whilst you are staying with us at the resort. With individual pods, collaborative meeting spaces and private meeting room for up to 10 people*, bookable in advance with a selection of catering packages also available, we’ve covered all your needs.

Our beautiful terrace and garden is the ideal spot to relax and enjoy a bite to eat or drinks from the pool bar.

All meeting spaces must be booked in advance through Trybe.

We really hope you will enjoy this brand-new space, opening very soon.

Wristbands will go on sale late-August, available to buy from The Warren reception and will be limited to 6 per chalet to give everyone a chance to come along. We will be holding this year’s event at the main car park of The Warren with a variety of food and drinks options available, as well as some fantastic acts on the main stage. Full line-up announced soon…

We will be closing the main car park all day on Friday 26th August and Saturday 27th August. Please leave all vehicles at your chalet during this time.

Beach Safety
ARE PEOPLE STILL GOING OUT ON THE WATER?

To keep everyone safe out on the water, please check out our beach safety guide which also notes the location of the nearest defibrillator and who to call in an emergency.

Boat Park Registration
STILL RELEVANT?

If you are using our boat park at The Warren, please provide us with the following information as soon as possible:

  • Any vessels that are currently stored in the boat park must be registered with us at main reception
  • Stickers are available to collect from main reception once registered and must be clearly displayed on the trailer of the vessel
  • Launch vehicles must be registered and a sicker collected from reception
  • Barriers to the boat park and the slipway onto The Warren beach will be re-activated in the coming days – if registration has not been received, no access will be grated to either the boat park or launching facilities until these are received
  • Your vessel must also be registered with Gwynedd Council and display a PC or PW number – this must also be provided when registering your vessel with The Warren reception
  • Tractors and sea legs will require a number plate to gain access through the launching barrier. There are a limited number available from the main reception on a first come first served basis and are charged at £15 each (you are more than welcome to provide your own however they must be a standard plate)
Parcels and Deliveries to The Warren

We are happy to provide owners with a holding shed for parcels, however the collection of the parcels is on a self-serve basis and Haulfryn cannot sign for or accept responsibility for any parcels delivered.

Larger items can still be delivered direct to your holiday home, but please be sure to notify the security team in advance, on 07795 685699 and have someone there to accept the delivery. Our reception team are here to help 7 days a week, so please do give us a call if we can offer any further assistance, on 01758 714 100.
