If you have visited The Warren in the past few weeks, or are members of our Facebook Owner Community Group, you will have noticed changes are progressing at pace!
As promised, we’ll keep you posted on planned developments, re-openings and park news each month, to give you a preview of what you can look forward to next time you visit The Warren.
Thank you for being an owner at The Warren, Tal Y Fan and Crugan.
Whether you want to kick start your day joining us for breakfast, meet for lunch over-looking the bay or share dinner with friends and family, we’re sure you will love the new menus, carefully selected wine list and service.
You can now also book online via the website, but please do cancel your booking if you change your mind, so others get the chance to book.
Or, if you fancy something easy to take-away, our new retro food vans on the beach will be serving a variety of breakfast rolls, coffees, ice-creams, pizza and draft beer.
Our builders have begun work to transform what was, the old Warren spa, ready for you to enjoy this summer.
Providing the ultimate convenience for all your work needs whilst you are with us, from private pods, meeting spaces, outdoor terrace, gardens and even refreshments, we’ve got you covered.
We are planning a completely new look and feel for the Pool Bar that brings freshness, fun and a party feel. Channel a Miami pool party vibe as you sip your poolside cocktails and enjoy something to eat from the new menu.
To keep swimmers safe, we will also be upgrading the outdoor pool flume and introducing a new traffic light system.
A reminder that due to these exciting new features in the leisure club, it will be necessary to close some of the facilities for approximately 6 weeks from Monday 6th June including the pool bar, gym, squash courts, family change and games Hub. The indoor pool, changing rooms and outdoor pool will remain open for you to enjoy.

There’s so much to look forward to this summer with our events and activities programmes including DJs and relaxed acoustic music at the Sandbar, Family Quiz nights, weekly Explorer Dome and of course our annual Warrenstock! More details coming soon…
We are delighted to welcome Helen to The Warren team, where she will ensure that our food and drink services are always first class. Helen took a seat for five minutes to tell us a little bit about herself.
Name: Helen Crompton
Role: Head of Food and Beverage
Former experience: Luxury Resort Management; Private Chef; Lecturer in Catering and Hospitality
What do you like to do in your spare time? I love spending time with my family especially my new granddaughter
Favourite Food? Italian
Favourite TV show? Anything that makes me laugh, and also anything foodie – I really like Big Bang Theory
If you could invite 3 people (past or present) to a dinner party who would they be? Barack Obama, Kevin Davies (footballer), Paul Hollywood
If you didn’t work for Haulfryn what would be your ideal job? I love cats and I also love creative interior design type stuff so either would be an ideal job for me
Helen has enjoyed meeting some of you already and looks forward to getting to know more of you soon.
We are also thrilled that Daniel has joined The Warren team, assuming the newly created role of Head Chef. He hung up his whites for five minutes to tell us a little bit about himself.

Former experience: 25 years experience, working on cruise ships and in event catering, around the world
What do you like to do in your spare time? Dog walking and spending time on the beach when I can
Favourite Food? I’ve loved Latin American food since living there and I’m married to a Peruvian.
Favourite TV show? Anything food related!
If you could invite 3 people (past or present) to a dinner party who would they be? Hunter S Thompson, Bill Hicks and Marco Pierre White
If you didn’t work for Haulfryn what would be your ideal job? A chef on a remote island in the sun

We’re aware of some concerns regarding security on park. We will be taking measures to improve security across the resort by installing an additional 70 CCTV cameras, appointing a Head of Security and issuing new Owner access and discount cards. More details coming soon…
Within the holiday home sector, we are seeing more and more demand for second homes across the UK and suppliers are now advising of up to a three-year lead time for new, state of the art chalets to be available.
If your lease is coming to an end in the next couple of years and you would like to discuss your options, or you are thinking of a new pitch to upgrade to, please don’t hesitate to contact our friendly sales team, Steve and Noreen, so they can talk you through what may be available to you.
