Ensuring that everyone can enjoy the park safely and comfortably remains our number one priority. As a result, we have implemented various measures across park to ensure the safety of all stakeholders.

Staying Safe

We are asking everyone on park to follow some simple steps to help keep yourselves and others safe

Feeling unwellDo not visit our park if you feel unwell with COVID-19 symptoms before you leave home, or during your travel. If you, or one of your party, become ill whilst you are on park, please remain in your holiday home and contact the park team who will give you further instructions.

Arrival and departureCheck-in and Check-out is now contactless, and digital door locks (accessed using an app on your phone) are being used instead of physical keys. Please avoid visiting reception in person unless absolutely necessary.
Social distancingFollow social distancing signage and floor markings.
CleanlinessSanitise your hands when entering any facility buildings using the alcohol hand gel provided.
Reduce the aerosol effectWear face coverings in all indoor public areas, including shops and reception areas
Checking indicationsTemperature checks will be given to all guests who enter our food and beverage, leisure and spa facilities.
Track and TraceNHS Test and Trace QR codes are located throughout the park, please ensure you scan each one as you enter different locations and/or facilities.
Using contactless paymentsAll our holiday parks are now cashless. We accept all card payments (except American Express) and mobile payment solutions at all pay points.
Secure your placePre-book tables and activities to avoid disappointment and to help us to manage the number of people inside our facilities at any time.
Stay alertBe responsible when you are out and about in the areas surrounding our parks, to protect yourselves and local communities.
Reduce potential contaminationRespect our beautiful local areas and landscapes and do your part to keep them clean and tidy.

In case you need any help or advice whilst away from home we have included our phone numbers, as well as those of some useful local services and facilities.

Food & Drink

A little extra?

We offer a click & collect service for freshly prepared food and drinks as well as delivery directly to your holiday accommodation for no extra charge!

Click & collect orders can be placed up to 3 days in advance, so you can pre-order for the first night of your holiday. Delivery is available on the day of ordering. Slots fill up fast so advanced orders are always recommended.

Checking out

Check-out is at 10am on your day of departure, unless you have booked a late check-out. Once you are all packed up and are ready to hit the road, simply lock the door using the JustIN app digital key and you can get on your way!

There is no need to visit reception.
