Teignmouth beach

Our nearest beach is a gorgeous coastal town, packed with Georgian charm and offers a ferry across to neighbouring Shaldon. Teignmouth is a classic seaside resort with a sandy beach, fun-packed pier and a lido for a splash of al fresco swimming.

Oddicombe beach

Another favourite is Oddicombe, proudly winning a blue flag year after year and with the Babbacombe cliff railway the most fun way to reach it. End your day with a dinner at the stunning Cary Arms and a night tour of the Babbacombe model village illuminations.

Ness Cove

Tucked between sheltering cliffs, Ness Cove is a secluded beach - a real hidden treasure! Part of the magic? Getting there! Access is via the original Smugglers Tunnel, a gently sloping path with steps that leads you right onto the peaceful shore.
